Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Bites are a delightful little middle eastern spiced vegan treat to enjoy as a simple side dish, part of a Buddha bowl or as a delicious low carb snack.

  • 1 head Cauliflower
    (Sliced in thin β…› inch slices)
  • ΒΌ cup Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
    to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac
  • 1 tablespoon Zaatar
  • 3 cloves Garlic peeled and chopped or 1 teaspoon dried ground


  • Preheat oven to 400-degree F (204 degrees C)
  • Place parchment paper down over your baking sheet for easy clean up.
  • Please sliced thin cauliflower bites on the baking sheet Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, sumac, Zaatar and garlic on both sides. Please leave room on the baking sheet so that the cauliflower slices are not on top of each other or touching.
  • Roast Cauliflower for 25 – 30 minutes until toasty brown and fork tender.
  • Serve and enjoy!


Make sure that you leave space on your baking sheet so that the slices can be separate and not overlapping. This helps make the cauliflower crispy and delicious.
