Berry Wine Popsicles

Cool off with these Berry Wine Popscicles! A fruity blend of berries, Moscato wine, cranberry juice and lime for the perfect adult summer frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup Cranberry juice
    unsweetened
  • 1 cup Moscato wine
    or your favorite wine
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar or sugar alternative and adjust up as needed for your personal preference.

Instructions

  • In a blender mix frozen berries, cranberry juice, moscato wine, lime juice and if needed a little sweetener of choice and blend until smooth.
  • Use a small funnel and pour the Berry Boozy mix up to the line in the ice popsicle bags. (makes about 6 Zipzicle bags) or (4 standard popsicle moulds) Seal popsicle bags or place lids on your popsicle containers and freeze overnight.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Reminder this adult frozen treat is for the 21 year and above crowd if in the US and over 18 in many other countries.
You can freeze in ice lolly containers or little bags or dixie cups with a popsicle stick.  
If you want to make some kid friendly hold the moscato wine and substitute with apple juice.
Berry wine popsicles ice pops need to be frozen at least 6 hours or overnight for best results. 
Try placing the berry puree through a fine mesh strainer if  you have lot of the little strawberry seeds on the outside of strawberry.
