- 1 pound String beans
washed and end removed - 2 tablespoon Water
- 2 cloves Garlic
peeled and minced - 1.5 teaspoon Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
to taste - 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
In a wok or large frying pan add your string beans, water and garlic. Cover and steam over med- high heat for 2 minutes. Remove lid.
Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper and stir fry for about 1 minute or until the beans are still bright green and are aldente. Toss with toasted sesame seeds.

Use a light flavored oil to fry your string beans in like a light olive oil.
You may also use black sesame seeds instead of white sesame seeds.
