Healthy Alternative Zip Sauce is the lightened up version of the traditional Detroit ZIP SAUCE. Fabulous on steaks, grilled mushrooms and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
    (or Tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 clove Fresh Garlic
    minced
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
    extra virgin
  • black pepper
    freshly ground to taste
  • dipping bowls for serving

Instructions

  • Mix soy sauce (or tamari), fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh ground pepper in a small bowl. Pour into little individual dipping bowls for serving.
  • Enjoy with a juicy steak, grilled portobello mushrooms and vegetables.

Notes

Feel free to add any fresh minced herbs you like such as rosemary, oregano, etc.
