Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¾ cup mandarin orange juice
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • dried chili peppers
    just a pinch to taste- crushed or sliced very thinly (can also use dried red chili flakes) - optional
  • 1.5 oz sparkling water
  • 1 orange slice garnish - optional

Instructions

  • In a a shaker add ice cubes, freshly squeezed mandarin orange juice, vodka, dried chili peppers (to taste), sparkling water and shake.
  • Pour your chili infused mandarin orange cocktail into a martini glass of glass of choice. Top off with a little sparkling water and give it a quick stir. Garnish with a little orange wheel if desired.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Adding the chili is really key to this recipe. However, add it to your desired heat level. Just a pinch works lovely.
