Notes

It is recommended that women can drink this tea either BEFORE or AFTER their menstrual cycle but NOT DURING their menstrual cycle. The reason is Goji berries can cause increased bleeding during a menses.
We like to drink this tea for at least 3 days after menses to help our bodies recover and heal.
We enjoy eating the cooked red dates as well as the tea. However, the goji berries lose their taste after they are cooked.
Red Dates Red dates, or jujubes enrich and replenish the blood (great for post-surgery, postpartum, or after a woman’s period).
