This dish was delicious! I used chicken breast that I brined.The chicken was so moist, smothered in the onions and wine sauce. My family loved it. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

I just wanted to mention that I recently saw on one of the tv health shows that you should never ever wash chicken. I've been doing it forever and I am still alive but I thought that was interesting so I am just passing it on! You can google it and see info.
