Golly gosh - I do like the look of these, actually just the way you have made them. They 'look' so voluminous that surely one will satisfy the hungriest of us (?) but will deceive calorie-wise 🙂 ! And tho' I am not big on iceberg lettuce the leaves do make clean and strong plates!
