Well, this was so fantastic that I can't believe that it was created in my kitchen. I felt like it was an experiment, because a pizza that looks this good can't possibly be duplicated in my kitchen....yes it can....go for it. GREAT recipe.

Dear Kay, this or any Chicago style deep dish pizza recipe would not be a recipe you would want to have very often if you have diabetes and cardiac issues in your family. A better option would be to try our thin crust https://www.hwcmagazine.com/recipe/wholly-guacamole-pizza-pizzazz/ . You can also make this pizza with a cauliflower crust. Take Care

I have a question. Can you share the nutrition facts with us on this recipe. I want to know how healthy it is for us. I am a diabetic and my husband is a heart patient. We need to watch our carbs, cholesterol, fat, salt and sugar intakes. Thank you so much
