Jump into Spring with Orange Coconut Cardamom Ice Lollies

Orange Coconut Cardamom Ice Lollies are a dairy free popsicle that is filled with tropical flavors and are a fabulous way to cool off this summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 oranges
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
    dried ground
  • ½ cup sugar or sugar alternative of choice
  • 8 popsicle containers or dixie cups and wooden popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • Remove the peel and section the oranges. Set aside.
  • Place coconut milk, oranges, ground cardamom and sugar into the blender. Blend until very smooth.
  • Pour Orange CoconutCardamom cream into ice lolly containers and put in popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for about 8 hours. Run the ice lolly containers under water to loosen from container and remove ice lollies.
  • Jump into spring by donning your flip-flops, putting on your sunnies, bask in the sun while enjoying a light and delicious Orange Coconut Cardamom Ice Lolly.

Notes

You can substitute canned mandarin oranges for the fresh oranges if you like.
