Remove the peel and section the oranges. Set aside.
Place coconut milk, oranges, ground cardamom and sugar into the blender. Blend until very smooth.
Pour Orange CoconutCardamom cream into ice lolly containers and put in popsicle sticks.
Freeze for about 8 hours. Run the ice lolly containers under water to loosen from container and remove ice lollies.
Jump into spring by donning your flip-flops, putting on your sunnies, bask in the sun while enjoying a light and delicious Orange Coconut Cardamom Ice Lolly.
Notes
You can substitute canned mandarin oranges for the fresh oranges if you like.
