I read this just now shaking my head as I do not remember seeing wood ear mushrooms locally. Silly impatient me again as you have used dry ones naturally available and even catered for substitutions ! I love mushroom main dishes so this recipe is already printed out in the kitchen files . . . have the black vinegar . . . shall probably use baby bok ot pak choi which can always be found in my crisper . . . lovely . . .

We are trying to eat less meat and so glad I found this! Easy to make and super filling. Will be making this again for sure.
