Thank you Eha. You are probably right.. A little east meets west. I am kind of partial to minced turkey as it is more tender than minced beef and really nice in a lettuce wrap, but either are quite delicious in a taco wrap. Take Care

How fun ! And methinks your years in the East are delightfully showing in using lettuce leaves ! Have made similar but not used turkey . . . well, turkey mince is certainly available on my on-line shop so perchance any visiting firemen during this holiday season should also have this to try .. . So happy you like this one Gerlinde. We have been making our own taco seasoning for a long time, ever since we turned the package over and read the ingredient list on the pre-made kind. Who needs sugar in their taco anyways? Really?
