This dessert is so light and refreshing. We are always looking for quick and easy dairy free treats. We made this with your Hawaiian rice and baked ham and it was a hit.

In your response to how many servings is the recipe Tropical Maja Blanca the answer is about 8-12. It really depends on how hungry your crew is.

I have hungry teenage boys so they wanted large portions (8 servings). However, I find the recipe rich and delicious and for normal setting would estimate 10-12 servings.
