These look really fun! Unfortunately, the only time I’ve seen rambutans are in hawaii or Chinatown, but not where I live. It’s okay, cause i really can’t drink martinis anyway, but yours is really pretty!

When we are not peeling them and just eating them one right after the other, we love popping them in a cocktail. Their lightly sweet, slightly sour and floral essence is gorgeous in a cocktail. Rambutans looks SO cool! I don't see them often in my grocery store, although a specialty market not far from me sometimes has them. I've never used them -- should give them a try. I like both sweet and dry drinks, but I'd choose dry if I could have just one style. Really nice -- thanks.

Such a gorgeous fruit! I've seen them in the market rarely, but if they ever make their way to Indy again and look as good as yours, I will snatch up a bunch and try your marvelous cocktail. The taste sounds both intriguing and delicious!!! Pinning this beauty!!

What a refreshing change of pace! I rarely think to cook, bake, or otherwise use rambutan, other than eating it out of hand, so I love this idea!
