I don't even make this kind of stuff, but I was so intrigued with how good this looked in the pictures...and it's even better. I will make this for my family indefinitely....it is really, really delicious.

Hi there Kevin! I think in a pinch you could swap out the spring roll wrappers with 3 sheets of filo dough with melted butter brushed on between each layer. At this point we have not found a good gluten free spring roll wrapper option but will keep our eyes out and update the post when we find one.
