marinating wings even for 3 to 4 hrs still give chicken a great taste.

If your wings were previously frozen, they need to be thoroughly thawed before drying them. Love your little tips you used for keeping the wings dry. Enjoy your week and ahead and take care.

These wings are great. I do use the kicken chicken. Only issue I find is not only with these,but, all wings. Is you can have your wings really dry. But when you put them in sealed bag in fridge the bag seems to get moisture in it. Then you have the rub or marinade that seems to draw moisture. So it’s really hard to keep those wings dry. I had better luck with just marinating them for like 30 to 60minutes. Wings stayed dryer and came out with much stronger taste. Thanks for recipe though everyone always enjoys these.
