Hi Bobbi, how are you doing? Sorry I haven't been visiting these days! It's ironic that even though I'm living in the Middle East now, I don't eat falafel as often because they are mostly deep-fried and not as healthy as I would like them to be. I love your pan-fried falafel option, looks healthier yet no sacrifice on the flavours!

Mmmmm.....these crispy falafel bites sound terrific! Of course, Bill would run for the hills if I tried to serve them to him, so I'd just make a batch for my lunches! Love when I don't have to share 🙂
