Thank you Mimi! We hope you do. My very dear from from Guangzhou initially shared this rib recipe to us just cooked in the wok. We did some testing and found the air fryer to be the perfect tool to get that perfect texture in these Chinese garlic ribs.

Thank you Lynn. We were also amazed during the recipe testing how tender the ribs are with that perfect amount of chew -cooked in the air fryer. No fussing about with an instant pot or long hours in the oven.
