In reply to Eha Carr. We do too Eha! Rosemary smells so good. I can only imagine how fabulous this would be growing in your garden. There is this island just off the coast of the French Rivera called Île Sainte-Marguerite. There is wild rosemary growing everywhere. So aromatic, romantic and a beautiful place. I guess in the mean time, we just eat lots of Rosemary nuts. Totally get you on the covid diet. Do you know what the 19 stands for? The 19 pounds you gain during lock down. We do occasionally run to the refrigerator so hoping that counts as aerobic exercise. (smiling)

Just love rosemary . . . my bush outside the kitchen door and I have a very warm and understanding relationship 🙂 ! Eat a lot of nuts also . . . so this easy-peasy method is most welcome ! Portion size . . . uhuh . . . am aware of that but if Covid this year is putting a nasty brake on our sharing stuff with friends it kind'of 'allows' a few more for personal pleasure . . . ???
