My husband LOVED this recipe....the pulled chicken is so versatile, and so yummy! The only change I made to the recipe was that I used two onions. Don't lose this recipe....it just became a family favorite of ours.

In reply to <a href="https://www.hwcmagazine.com/recipe/stove-top-chicken-fajitas-sliders/comment-page-3/#comment-14660">Jim</a>.

Hello Jim,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for your very kind comment on Healthy World Cuisine. You made my day and so glad to hear that your wife is liking the chicken sliders recipe enough to request it twice.

I am sure it is more about the awesome little chef you are, instead of the recipe. I love your additions of the swiss cheese, onions , etc to the recipe. I can't wait to try that combination soon.

I have had 3 new chicken recipes in the last few weeks posted on Healthy World Cuisine and also have some fish and other quick, easy but delicious recipes coming your way soon.

https://www.hwcmagazine.com/dietary-restrictions/glutenfree/mushroom-chicken-with-brandy-sauce/

Have you tried my Mediterranean fish recipe? Super easy and low fat and a quick one pan meal.

Wishing you and your wife an awesome weekend! Take Care, BAM

As my wife was going out the door to do some shopping yesterday, I asked her what she would like for dinner. You guessed it, she said that she would like to have the chicken sliders again. We may have created a monster. Because I like to try different recipes, we very seldom eat the same meal twice but this is one of the exceptions to that rule. The beauty of this recipe is that you can change it up every time that you make it just by changing the toppings. So it doesn't have to ever be the same. Yesterday, I went with Swiss cheese, onions and mushrooms sautéed in butter, olive oil and white wine, sliced black olives sliced tomatoes and of course, lime/roasted garlic aioli. It was terrific! Thanks again for a wonderful and versatile recipe.

Can you believe it or not my boys (teenagers) begged for the "Easter Bunny" to come and hide the Easter eggs this weekend!?!? I guess some traditions are just to fun to stop. I like the idea of starting new traditions like making chocolate mousse. Wishing you and your family a very blessed holiday weekend.

The grandchildren and the Bunny have somewhat parted company. My granddaughter is a freshman in high school and my grandson is in junior high. They will, however, both accept the gifts that will be here for them on Easter morning, even if they weren't left by a rabbit. When we were here for Christmas, I taught my granddaughter how to make chocolate mousse, so we'll see if we can get her to make a treat for the adults. Enjoy the holiday!

Thanks so much Jim! I bet your lime and roasted garlic aioli was the biggest hit as it sounds amazing and I will have to make this soon. I am delighted your family enjoyed the stove top chicken fajitas sliders! Wishing you and your family and very safe and happy long holiday weekend. Will the Easter bunny be visiting for the grand kids? Take Care, BAM

Just finished dinner and all I have to say is, this recipe is excellent! Everyone loved it and both of my grandchildren made multiple trips to the well. Thanks for another great recipe. I do have to say, that the lime, roasted garlic aioli was perfect with it and it's so simple to make. It's just 3/4 cup of mayo, one head of roasted garlic mashed and two tablespoons of fresh squeezed lime juice. It went perfectly on the sliders. I did not make the salsa but I did do the peppers, onions, avocados and tomatoes. Your the best! Have a great holiday weekend.
