Hi there Eha. We are all about using up what you have in the refrigerator. Many times, that is our recipe creation inspiration. You are not the only one that has mentioned that they are not fond of peas. You can certainly swap out for other veggies you like. Stay well and take care.

When living a somewhat monastic life because of current circumstances > I seem to exist on stirfries and frittatas, both so fast, convenient and practical as far as using up 'stuff' in your fridge is concerned. Well, this recipe very much belongs in the same genre ! Yes I'll happily make zoodles but, since I have a negative 'thing' about peas mushrooms just might take their place . . . yep, another of your recipes which has landed in the kitchen file 🙂 !!
