In reply to Judee. Thank you Judee! Hey do you know is a great substitute for the pork in carnitas? It is pulled jack fruit! It is really delicious and gives it that texture you are looking for. You can also cook jack fruit in the instant pot but you only need to cook for 5 minutes instead of 35 minutes. Stay well and take care
