These are simply delicious and you can substitute tofu or avocado for chicken and make them vegetarian!

Your lettuce wraps look so good, I haven't had them...well, since covid had me not doing my own grocery shopping. I usually buy the lemongrass paste from Gourmet Garden but am now going to look for the Thai seasoning paste, I'm glad you showed it in your video, thanks.
