Hiya Eha! Feel free to pass on those warm breezes our way as it is currently between 35 degrees f to 45 degrees F (0-7 degrees C) here and quite windy. Those warming spices really hits the spot. Completely understand about the leaner meats as I usually prefer the legs too but the boys rule in the house and they are pretty picky. Zoom, facetime or other ways to visit with family and friends during the holidays is fantastic. We do not even care if you are still in your PJ's as we will probably be looking the same. Stay well and take care

Now, you are not going to get mad if a friend from across the Pond not entitled to your festivities filches your delightful recipe and prepares it soonest . . . ? As I have stated ere this I am not overly fond of this delightful lean and healthy meat and really should make use of it more often !! Like the use of both turmeric and cardamom . . . would probably use Asian vegetables or others coming in season during summer approaching with well over 100F temperatures here tomorrow. Turmeric: you do not have to convince me use it: I get thru' a fair few bottles of it capsule-wise every year . . . and, must really look at getting Zoom, but then I would have to get out of my kaftans and comb my hair . . . ?

Hiya Karen, Love your idea of making a turkey just for sandwiches and such. Left overs tock, if they are any leftovers... LOL Take Care

This looks so delicious, Bobbi, and I've decided to cook turkey more often rather than just the holidays. We love it so what's the point of saving it just for special times?
Love your spice combo too. I'll try this for sure :)
Hope you're having a fabulous week!
