Oh, what can I say but that I myself love going to gatherings where I can help myself to exactly what I want without explanations or eating some offerings out of courtesy ! I just love your offerings since I live on such food and have for most of my life ! Make hummus weekly, often roll falafel and have made mujadarra forever since a fairy godmother married to a Lebanese taught me the way ! To anyone reading this : if you learn to prepare this platter you will be the hostess-with-the-mostest forever . . .

I'm all for this kid of party! Mezze are just a perfect way to entertain. My favorite meals in Israel always started with so many of these. Drooling!
