It's all in the wording, isn't it I would call this a turkey patty rather than a burger as the latter seems to denote a 'bun' ??? I am not enamoured of 'burgers' as you may have noticed altho' I am totally carb-friendly - a bun + chips has never thrilled my appetite nor waistline! Yes, in Australia we can buy both turkey pieces and mince at any supermarket or on line but it is oft regarded as a 'tasteless' and dry meat and there are so many other choices! Well your recipe I find great . . . shall probably make a batch and have a few in the freezer for busy days . . . thanks and hugs . . .
