Said hello to you on this page nearly a year ago 🙂 ! Oh, loving zucchini as much as I do have made this many a time for brunch/lunch . . . and if I don't feel like stirring the eggs a few minutes under the stove grill will turn this into a most moreish frittata . . . yum !! Hope the past few days have gone well . . .

I hope you got what you wanted for mother's day! These would be perfect any day of the week! Manservant actually made me a pretty good omelette so I'm not complaining. But it sure isn't the same without the kids home!
