I live in Hong Kong as well and am really interested in joining a cooking club. Could you point me in the direction to do so? You've talked about an International Cooking Club here but I can't find a link to a website nor any general information about it.

What a feast! It would have been great to hear about all the different autumn festivals and traditions - I love learning about different cultures and customs and HK would be a buzzing hub of those! The food looked scrumptious too.

A good biscuit recipe will take you far, and these sure do look like winners! So nicely and fluffy. We usually don't serve biscuits at Thanksgiving, but now you've got me reconsidering that.
