My grandkids asked me to stop at the bubble tea stand this week. I never heard of this. Im nnot brave enough yet to try it. Your recipe looks good. We might try it as a little grandma-grandaughter project.

As The weather is getting nicer, it is really refreshing to enjoy a bubble tea. We used just full fat milk as we don’t have a dairy sensitivity but really enjoyed the dates as a sweetener. Fun iced tea!
