You make me smile, Bobbi ! So many favourites here ! Rice vermicelli is used multiple times a week here . . . and these days there is usually bone broth on the ready . . . . more often going back to a 'moo' cow tho' !! Bok choi is almost a daily friend and I don't give a darn about the yellow in turmeric . . . I believe enough in the efficacy of that I tale it capsile-wise as well . . . .shall make the soup . . . and it was nice to say hello to Nami and Conor and John and . . .

So good!!! Love this soup. I used Braggs Amino Acids since am I salt restricted. Also used the same bouillon you used.
The only extra thing I added was a .25 cup of low sodium spicy V-8. I added harissa for some kick.

I was born in Hong Kong and noodle soups like this have a very special place in my heart. I love the tumeric and saffron and the gorgeous colors in this bowl! It will definitely keep you warm during any storm.

Ah a sunshine bowl in the midst of drizzle and mizzle (another couple of words for our rain for you!)
I hadn't realised there was such a thing as Alleppey turmeric - and I've been to Alleppey !!! Where was my head that day I wonder!
I'm going to make this bowl of sunshine noodles, a perfect meal, looks good and tastes great. Thank you my friend and I hope you have a super weekend whatever the weather x

Slurrrp! Looking delicious! I think I need to (finally) go downstairs and make myself a bowl of noodles (after all - since I don't have time to make calzone). Turmeric (you must have good one!) gives bright nice yellow color and very appetizing!
