Have to laugh seeing I had already commented on this over six years ago ! Still love, still prepare . . . Thought of one point rereading your recipe - with the price of meat these days and the continuous exhortation to eat less of the stuff both for health and the welfare of the planet - is this not an ideal dish - giving us the taste but using so little of the product !!!

This pork and mushroom recipe is so quick and easy. After cooking every day in and day out due to this pandemic, all we want is something easy and to keep the mess down in the kitchen. It checked all the boxes. Will be making it again.
