An absolute unconditional 'yes' from me ! Actually have already used this idea with great success . . . and if the New Year stays as good Covid-wise here in the country might entertain a few in such an easy and fun manner to get back into swing ! Great idea to have some grilled chicken or other home-cooked meats ready in addition to shop-bought stuff ! Using the latter it is good fun to spoil oneself after a busy day . . .

Well there are two things that will stop me from ever buying pizza in Hong Kong - price and tentacles. 🙂 I love DIY pizza parties, but I've never used pita bread. What a great idea! Love all of your chosen ingredients, especially the pesto. Chicken and pesta pizza are a favorite! Great post Bobbi!

I love making homemade pizza's with the kids. The best thing is they tend to eat all the toppings like pineapple and capsicum as they are making them so they are really filling up on things I want them to eat 🙂
