This sounds like a soup my vegetarian daughter would like—substituting cubed tofu for the chicken and using vegetable broth.

So glad you like these little bowls. These are great little Asian claypots or earthenware. They can go directly from the stovetop or oven to table. Have a great weekend.

This soup looks wonderfully appetizing, Bobbi ! Now I am not the biggest soup fan and do not cook seasonally and spring has sprung here for sure . . . but this recipe is already on the kitchen recipe pile to try 🙂 ! Love sweet potatoes and always have baby bok choi in the crisper . . . shall add a wee bit more heat and probably use chicken thighs . . . rarely buy breasts these days . . Visually I do like your use of dark soup bowls to bring the orange and green colours of the soup to the fore . . . thanks !
