Thank you very much. We have been enjoying this pumpkin coffee mixture on pancakes, drizzled on bananas, in a latte and the list goes on. We might even try freezing this sauce in an ice cube tray and then using the cubes in a spiced coffee iced latte.

Thank you Hannah! We are all about enjoying the flavors of the autumn season but wanted a healthier and budget friendly option we could make at home. Prune sweetened coffee sauce was our solution for sweetening and adding some extra fiber to the mix.

We just made this coffee sauce for a dessert table and it was hit. They loved spooning this sauce over brownies and slices apples. I added a little spiced rum to the sauce. It made a large batch so have some leftovers today.
