Thanks so much Eha! We eat lots of chicken too. We might even stuck clucking soon. Even our four legged "Clean up Crew" requires poached chicken and steamed rice due to his health issues. Yes, even he gets organic chicken- spoiled little doggie he is. LOL Stay well and take care

Yes, chicken probably appears in my kitchen also a little too often and I do not always have the organic one in hand ! Here it is more likely to disappear into one of my endless stirfries . . . do not think I have prepared it stuffed since one of my last proper dinner parties, hmm, a while ago now ! Very much like your version and next time I remember to order breasts and not my usual thighs it surely will be made. Perhaps a few extra herbs will enter the equation . . . and I am glad it is going into the oven ! . . . be well . . .
