I knew I was going to love your cookies as soon as I read the title. I honestly cannot get enough of either chocolate or macadamia nuts. That was such a smart tip for using room temperature eggs. And vanilla always adds such a lovely touch to homemade cookies!

What a delicious treat! I love macadamia nut cookies but find the white chocolate combination a little too sweet, so I will have to make these with the dark choc!
