Oh how delightful ! A dear Italian-American friend of yours and mine from Chicago patiently taught me and answered all my questions about La Viglia nearly a decade ago ! So am a little aware ! Absolutely love your recipe and having some beautiful salmon fillets 'stashed away' for later in the month and even some pomegranate molasses at home . . . well this is another BAM recipe sent straight into the kitchen ! Cauliflower may not be quite in season here at the moment but a matching salad will cause no headaches . . . best . . .
