Absolutely loved it! Great recipe for just 2 people and easy to make. I used peanut oil in keeping with traditional Chinese stir fry. Wonderful flavor!

Our available scallops are all of a bigger size, but I love your stir-fry recipe and cooking times can simply be slightly altered - thanks with a hug! And we have to wait some four-five months for the delight of fresh asparagus !
